Subscriptions

The Subscriptions feature allows you to create products with recurring billing so customers can be charged automatically on an ongoing schedule.

Subscriptions are configured during the product creation flow by setting a product’s pricing type to Recurring and selecting a billing interval.

Step 1: Access the Products Page

From the left-hand navigation menu, select Products.

Step 2: Add a Product for a Subscription

Click + Add Product.

Complete the following fields:

  • Product Name

  • Description

  • Product Image

  • Pricing

Under Pricing, choose Recurring.

Once Recurring is selected, choose the billing interval:

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Yearly

After entering the required information, click Add Product to save the product.

Step 3: Use the Subscription Product

Once created, the recurring product can be used as part of the checkout experience through Payment Links.

When a customer purchases a recurring product, they are enrolling in an ongoing subscription based on the billing interval you selected during product setup.

Step 4: Manage Subscription Setup Carefully

Before publishing a subscription product, confirm that:

  • The product name clearly reflects the recurring service or offering

  • The pricing amount is correct

  • The billing interval is correct

  • The description clearly explains what the customer is subscribing to

This helps reduce billing confusion and ensures customers understand the recurring nature of the purchase.

Tips

  • Use clear product names such as “Monthly Coaching Membership” or “Annual Service Plan”

  • Make sure the billing interval matches how you intend to bill the customer

  • Use the description field to explain what is included in the subscription

  • Add a product image when applicable to improve the checkout experience

  • Review subscription products carefully before adding them to a payment link
