How to Sign Your PCI DSS Form

Your PCI DSS questionnaire can be completed and signed anytime from within your Lumino account. Follow the steps below.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Lumino account at app.lumino.io.

  2. Open your account menu by clicking your name in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. In the Settings menu, go to Organization Details.

  5. Under Organization Details, find the Your Business section.

  6. Click the Edit button on the right-hand side of that tile. You'll be redirected to a new page.

  7. At the bottom of that page, locate the PCI DSS Questionnaire.

  8. Click into the questionnaire and complete and sign the form.
