Steps
Log in to your Lumino account at app.lumino.io.
Open your account menu by clicking your name in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Click Settings.
In the Settings menu, go to Organization Details.
Under Organization Details, find the Your Business section.
Click the Edit button on the right-hand side of that tile. You'll be redirected to a page where your service agreement can be viewed or downloaded.
At the bottom of the screen, click the Service Agreement button to open the agreement.
Scroll to the very bottom of the agreement and select Download as PDF.
The file will save to your Downloads folder, where you can open it whenever you need it.
