Dual Pricing (BETA)

The Dual Pricing feature allows merchants to enable a pricing structure that supports both standard pricing and dual pricing across their payment experience.

Accessing Dual Pricing

To access this feature, log into Lumino and navigate to Payment Methods (BETA) from the left-hand navigation menu.

Scroll down to the Pricing Strategy section.

Within this section, you will see two pricing options:

  • Standard Pricing

  • Dual Pricing

By default, Standard Pricing will be enabled.

Enabling Dual Pricing

To enable Dual Pricing, click the toggle on the right-hand side of the Dual Pricing option.

Once selected, a pop-up window will appear.

Within the pop-up, you will be able to:

  • Review the benefits of dual pricing

  • Estimate your potential savings

To continue, check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions for dual pricing.

Then click Activate Dual Pricing.

What Happens After Activation

Once dual pricing has been activated, the functionality will automatically populate across your Payment Links and Invoices where applicable.

This allows merchants to begin using the dual pricing structure throughout supported customer payment experiences.

Tips

  • Review the savings estimate carefully before activation

  • Make sure to read and accept the dual pricing terms and conditions before proceeding

  • Confirm that dual pricing appears correctly across your payment links and invoices after activation

  • Since this feature is in BETA, functionality may continue to evolve over time
